A Message from the Founder

The MDRN Collective was created from both experience and intention.

After years behind the chair and working within different salon environments, I saw a consistent gap–the space between creativity and structure, between service providers and leadership, between what the industry was and what it had the potential to become.

I wanted to build something different.

A space where providers are supported, held to a high standard, and given the opportunity to grow–not just as artists, but as professionals. A space where guests feel cared for, guided, and confident in the experience they are receiving.

The MDRN Collective was designed to bridge that gap. 

Every detail of this business has been built with intention–from the team we bring on, to the services we offer, to the experience we create for each guest who walks through our doors.

We believe in professionalism, accountability, continued education, and delivering work that reflects both skill and integrity. We believe in slowing down, in doing things the right way, and in creating results that last.

This is not just a salon or a spa. It is a collective of individuals who care deeply about their craft and the people they serve.

And while not every space is meant for everyone-for those who value intention, consistency, and elevated care-you will feel at home here.
