The MDRN Collective was created from both experience and intention.

After years behind the chair and working within different salon environments, I saw a consistent gap–the space between creativity and structure, between service providers and leadership, between what the industry was and what it had the potential to become.

I wanted to build something different.

A space where providers are supported, held to a high standard, and given the opportunity to grow–not just as artists, but as professionals. A space where guests feel cared for, guided, and confident in the experience they are receiving.
